Ultrasound training courses in Thailand, Philipines, Hong kong or singapore?

I need to know if there are any ultrasound institutes offering ultrasound training courses in Thailand, Phillipines or Singapore. I would appericiate if some one can also provide their complete web address of the university and the details of the training courses that they provide.
